Where can the tiles be used?
The wall tiles are suitable for indoor use only. Baked at more than 1000 degrees celsius they can and will stand the heat of your kitchen or fireplace.
You can also use them on the wall of your bathroom or hallway or anywhere inside.
I'm looking for a very specific color, can you help me?
Yes! I have made a selection of great colors, but I'm happy to help you find the right one. As a graphic designer and person who very much loves color, I totally understand the importance of the right shade.
How are the tiles packed?
The tiles are shipped in very sturdy boxes. Each box can contain about 100 tiles. Very large order may be shipped on a pallet, but I will contact you about this.
I recycle packaging as much as possible, and will make sure they have a safe trip to your doorstep.
What if my order is damaged?
Please let me know as soon as possible.
Tiles broken during shipping will be replaced free of charge.
Can I cancel my order?
Tile orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, after which all orders become final and non-refundable.
They are made-to-order, just for you, and cannot be returned. If you want to be sure of the color, please order a sample.
What is the processing time of my order?
The processing time depends on the size of the order, the amount of tiles I have in stock and how many orders I'm currently working on.
Usually 100 tiles take me about two weeks. I'm happy to give you an estimation before you order!
